Born and bred in Robin Hood country, I developed a taste for all things arty and left for the 'big smoke' at 18 to study Illustration and make my fortune. After graduating I spent the next 10 years illustrating for loads of magazines & publishers, working at various printers, design agencies and
forging a blooming career for myself, frequenting the finest drinking dens and eateries London has to offer, playing in numerous bands, buying copious pairs of Nike trainers and generally blowing my fortune…
…then I had 2 children and moved to Norfolk.
After 3 crackerjack years at the Sponge I can now hold a conversation with the locals – having mastered the Norfolk 'Jargon' (like running but slower) and even grow my own vegetables…which is nice.
