We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join one of the region’s leading creative agencies based in Norwich. We’re passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service as well as pushing creative boundaries – and we need someone to help us continue to do so through a period of growth.

 

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client management, including attending client meetings and taking calls
  • Creating client project plans and proposals
  • Supporting the Client Services Director and Managing Director on client management
  • Overseeing the work of the Account Executive
  • Recognising opportunities to generate additional business through up-selling, additional out of scope work
  • Organise and maintain digital records and filing.
  • Planning projects and tasks using our studio management system.
  • Ensuring client projects stay on time and to budget
  • Develop creative briefs, estimates, statements of work, and detailed project specifications.
  • Create strong working relationships with colleagues in Studio and Client Services as well as clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years agency-side experience essential in either a creative or digital agency..

Please note, this role requires an ability to prioritise, organise and manage projects effectively – if you don’t like making lists, this isn’t the role for you!

  • Team worker: carry out specific tasks directed by the Client Services Director and Managing Director, and work closely with Account Executive
  • Organised: Comfortable with planning your own time and others, and ensuring projects run to time.
  • Business development: Interest in growing clients.
  • Friendly, positive and a genuine passion for client success.
  • Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential, a working knowledge of an agency project management system (Scoro desirable but not essential).

 

Qualifications:

Educated to A-level and ideally holds a relevant degree or equivalent marketing-related qualification.

  • This is a full-time position, based in Norwich and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • We are currently working flexibly between home and in-office.
