Although a hugely popular local attraction, the existing website for the mystical adventure land of BeWILDerwood needed to better reflect the magic that awaits its visitors on arrival, encouraging greater online sales of advanced tickets.

For every Boggle and Twiggle.

Based on the series of books by Tom Blofeld, BeWILDerwood has grown over the past ten years to become a firm family favourite. But with competition growing from other attractions, and a lack of advanced sales predictability due to an outdated website and complicated booking process, a radical overhaul of the park’s online presence was required.

With a broad customer base, the site needed to appeal to all Twiggles (that’s us humans), from parents and children to corporate hire clients and schools. Accordingly, the proposition, user experience and calls to action needed to be clear, characterful and compelling.

Charm, delight and intrigue.

Using animated interactivity throughout the site, particularly in terms of its characters, we were able to charm, delight and motivate visitors with the BeWILDerwood brand and its story.

Clearly structured content, organised in natural groupings to facilitate ease of use and discoverability along the entire customer journey, has successfully brought to life the enchanting world of BeWILDerwood in a fully responsive, sparkly new website.
