We’ve created the name, visual identity and marketing collateral for an award-winning residential housing developer’s new site in Hampshire.
Fernhills is Crayfern Homes’ private development of 10 detached bungalows exclusively for over 55s, offering high-specification modern homes in a traditional village community. The name and identity we have developed reflect the build quality and the rural setting, which leaves residents closer to nature and rolling farmland, ancient woodland, and the South Coast’s sweeping sands.
Getting it write
As well as developing an identity for the site and the design of all marketing material, we’ve also written the content of the brochure and sales material.

“We’ve used extensive research and insight from our UX Designer Ellie and Patrick, who has delivered creative projects for some of the biggest developers in the UK, to craft an on-point visual identity and tone of voice, and, in turn, marketing material focused perfectly on the over 55s market.”
Crayfern Homes is part of the Vanderbilt Homes Group, which reported record sales at the start of this year and the purchase of eight new sites in the South of England to add to its 2020 property development pipeline.
The Southampton-based business joins a growing list of residential, mixed-use, and student accommodation developers working with Creative Sponge to market their sites.
