Amplifying your brand’s ambition
SpongeLabs is designed to support ambitious brands, start-ups, growing businesses and organisations with big plans for the future.
There are two elements – an annual competition (with the chance to win £15k worth of creative help) and a growth support programme. The intention is to help brands unlock opportunities, overcome barriers and build momentum for the next stage of growth.
SpongeLabs gives us the freedom to explore ideas that might not emerge through a traditional project. By creating space for experimentation, curiosity and creative thinking, we’re able to challenge assumptions, test new approaches and uncover opportunities that can help ambitious brands move further, faster.

Too often we see great businesses that have the ambition to grow but not always the budget, resource or specialist support to make it happen.
This is about giving back. We’re investing our time, expertise and energy in brands we believe in, helping them overcome barriers, build momentum and move forward with confidence. It’s also a chance for us to push the creative boundaries a little!
