Modernising a specialist recruitment company across print and digital

Challenge: Atkinson Moss, a specialist recruitment company based in East Anglia, was widely recognised for financial recruitment. However, they were keen to raise awareness of their broader expertise and the full range of services they offered across other key sectors. The challenge was to evolve their brand identity with a modern and forward-thinking approach, ensuring it remained instantly recognisable as Atkinson Moss.

Solution: As part of the new identity project, we developed a cohesive brand refresh. This included creating distinct sub-brands for their key sector areas, giving each one a unique mark that seamlessly tied back to the overall Atkinson Moss brand. To ensure consistent application, we provided a comprehensive brand book with clear examples of brand application, empowering the team to easily roll out new creative and produce marketing assets in the future. Furthermore, we designed new website layouts, incorporating fresh lifestyle photography and professional headshots, and developed social media assets to fully reflect the updated look and feel.

Outcome: The new brand identity successfully modernised Atkinson Moss, clearly showcasing their wider expertise and full service offering across both print and digital platforms. The updated aesthetic and organised sub-branding allowed them to effectively communicate their expanded capabilities, solidifying their position as a versatile and leading specialist recruitment company in the region.
