Reflecting the surroundings.

On the edge of a beautiful english market town, Heritage Developments developed a small collection of five bedroom houses with ample surrounding land which ensured a private and peaceful home. With beautiful countryside on the doorstep, the location was a primary focus for the sales materials.

Traditional with a twist.

These properties are aimed at affluent professional couples, who are looking for the prestige of a traditional property but with all the comfort and mod cons they’ve become used to in their everyday lives. The quiet location would allow them to switch off from the hustle and bustle of their professional lives. Our objective is to sell this rural retreat and the lifestyle which accompanies it.

A rural retreat.

Content was our primary focus for the sales pack, with clear sections for the development, the surrounding area and the nearby market town, allowing us to communicate the benefits of purchasing a rural retreat. A clear layout and use of one key colour throughout was used to tie the content together. But the focus on the detail came through on the cover design – a short cover with elegant typography, laser cut to allow the hero of the story, the humble brick, to shine through.
