We developed a new brand identity to represent the quality and prestige of Orchard homes, a renowned developer in the heart of Norfolk. Proudly building exclusive collections of stunning countryside homes featuring high-quality specifications and picturesque development plans.

A sophisticated logotype was crafted featuring a subtle ‘Orchard’ apple within the negative space of the ‘A’. While a traditional, refined colour palette was employed in a complete set of new brand guidelines, featuring guidance on a more exclusive tone of voice. New signage, van livery and marketing assets also contributed to improve Orchard’s image and buyers’ perceptions of them as a prestigious regional developer.
