Helping a charity to better engage with its audiences
The British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) is a UK charity that focuses on understanding birds and, in particular, how and why bird populations are changing. BTO’s vision is of a world where people are inspired by birds and informed by science.
Strategic approach
When we began working with BTO, we undertook significant strategic work to help the charity better understand their target audiences and how to communicate with them effectively.
This included focus groups, stakeholder and creative workshops – the output of which culminated in a new integrated campaign style; BTO Together. Now established, we continue to work on various fund-raising campaigns, supported by a range of print and digital assets.
