East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is an ambulance charity saving lives every day with the help of donations from the public. With a rise in missions flown each year but a fall in donations, we needed to reach out to the people of East Anglia. Our aim was to inspire, educate, and create supporters for life.
Up, up and away.
Because there are a great number of charities asking for support and fundraising, our campaign needed to stand out, yet still lead to a real increase in fundraising activities and donations. We found that potential fundraisers were unclear of what they could do, and were actively looking for information, inspiration, and support throughout their journey.
‘Your Mission Matters’ is a dual campaign giving EAAA the opportunity to split content into ‘your mission’ and ‘our mission’. ‘Your mission’ excites the fundraiser and gives hints, tips and advise on how to best support their journey. ‘Our mission’ gives EAAA the opportunity to educate the public about the missions of the helicopter and the role of everyone involved. Not just the crew, but also the individual stories of the people they helped, and why it’s so important to continue to raise money.
Bursting with ideas.
Crammed with goodies, giveaways, ideas for additional fundraising events, thank you notes and various helpful hints and tips, we created a pack to send to potential fundraisers that would generate a huge amount of excitement, intrigue and expectation when it landed on the doormat.
Subtle design nods to a helicopter’s rotating blades can be noted in the unique die-cut folder and swatch-like booklet. While the content itself inspires, informs and supports, making it a much sought-after pack that has resulted in many more life-long fundraising partnerships.
