A modern gem.

In a city street steeped in history, and undergoing regeneration, an opportunity arose to develop a range of stylish contemporary apartments. To promote the quality of the apartments and the culture of city living, a clear visual style and sales material was required.

City life.

The 1-2 bedroom apartments would be ideally located for young, professional residents who want to live, work and play in the city. The appeal of the proximity to a vibrant city culture whilst living in a cool and contemporary home would form the basis of our visual style and the content for the sales pack.

City love.

The visual style we created was both dynamic and sophisticated. The brochure was enclosed in a slip case of elegant minimalism, simply stating the name of the development. The tape bound brochure opened up to a kaleidoscope of geometric shapes and images, portraying a sense of energy and vibrancy, and the hustle and bustle that city life brings. A muted grey colour palette not only allowed the images to shine, but also appealed to the young professional residents of the future.
